A Men’s Shed is any community based, non-commercial organization which is open to all men where the primary activity is the provision of a safe, friendly and inclusive environment where men are able to gather and/or work on meaningful projects at their own pace, in their own time and in the company of other men and where the primary objective is to advance the health and well-being of the participating men.
When : Mensheds runs at WHCC every Tuesday and Wednesday, 1-4 pm.

Monday Night Yoga
Monday Night yoga – Woodhaven Community Club
7:30 to 8:30. Door opens at 7:15.
Cost is $40 for 6 evenings, or $8 drop-in fee.
Our instructor does a variety of styles of class. Due to the small size of the Woodhaven Club, class size is a bit limited. Newcomers are welcome as space allows – please call Carol at 204-888-9620 if you are interested and we can chat about availability.
