48 hours notice of cancellation is required, or you will be charged the amount of your deposit. Less than 24 hours notice will result in being charged the full amount of your rental.

What is the capacity of the Community Club?
The capacity of the Club is 149 people. However, we recommend a maximum of 80 people in the main hall, especially if you will be setting up tables chairs.
Is there a kitchen I can use?
Yes, there is a full kitchen that is included in your rental. It has a full size oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and sink. There are several dishes available for your use as well.
Do you have a bouncer available for rent?
No, we do not have a bouncer. Personal bouncers are not allowed and must be rented from a company that has insurance on file with the City of Winnipeg. Maximum indoor height is 9 feet.
How do I book the Club?

Can we use the playground during our rental?
Yes, however it is not exclusive use during your rental period.
Is the Club accessible?
Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.
Do you have tables and chairs we can use?
Yes, there are 15 tables and 120 chairs available for use in your rental.
Do we have to clean up after the rental?
Yes, you must leave the Club in the same condition you received it in. Please factor cleaning time into your rental.
Can we set up early?
Depending on the rental schedule but you should include set up time in your rental.
Can I rent the rinks for private use?
No, the rinks are not available for rent. You may use them during your rental but they are not exclusive use.
