Volunteering

President Duties include:
-to serve as the leader of the organization
-to preside over meetings of the organization
-to prepare an agenda for meetings
-to appoint chairpersons and members of all committees except the Executive Committee
-to sign meeting minutes

Treasurer Duties include:
-be responsible for all financial business
-keep accurate account of all monies received and expended
-report finances to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors at each meeting
-prepare all cheques and timely payment of bills
-submit the Club's books for audit when required

Event volunteers
Casual volunteers are always needed at our various events throughout the year. Duties can include serving food, helping set up and clean up, etc. If you can help out on a casual basis please let us know.
